World Environment Day – Tecnozoo is there
On the occasion of World Environment Day, Tecnozoo aims to take further steps toward managing the company in the most sustainable and environmentally responsible way possible.
This translates not only into targeted actions on farms—such as the pursuit of a substantial reduction in antibiotic use (an objective that guides Tecnozoo in product formulation and in the approach to on-farm technical assistance)—but also into a series of measures involving the company’s own production and management processes.

Attention to packaging
In this in-depth article we had already explained the criteria and care with which we selected our packaging material suppliers; the paper and plastic used for our packaging are recyclable.
Did you also know that label printing is carried out directly on the bags of our powdered products? This allows us to save all the paper previously used for labels applied to the bags.
Clean energy
In this article we discussed the installation of 400 panels to harness the primary power of the sun and reduce energy consumption during plant operation, with a consequent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
A display has recently been installed at the company showing not only system performance, power and energy, but also environmental benefits:
avoided CO₂ emissions and equivalent trees planted.
Responsible printing
In addition to promoting the digital distribution of our magazine, we decided to print the remaining paper copies on paper produced according to ISO 14001 environmental management standards and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management standards. Certified with the Ecolabel and Blue Angel environmental labels and FSC® Chain of Custody CO11032.
In addition to certifications, the paper is produced with 100% recycled fiber, promoting the circular economy and generating less waste.
