The farm was founded out of the passion of three young farmers—Maurizio, Claudio, and Alessandro Basso—who manage a herd of 430 dairy cows.
As reported in the article, the farm produces 15,000 kg (150 quintals) of milk every day, thanks in part to the Basso cousins’ focus on milk for human consumption.
Collaboration with Tecnozoo
