Today, daily operations are managed by the Civettini family. &#8220;<i>Our collaboration with Tecnozoo has been ongoing for almost 10 years. I have relied on Tecnozoo since 2014. We are supported by a team consisting of Dr. Pierantonio Boldrin, Dr. Giovanni Marcato, and Giampiero Molinari for all technical aspects.&#8221;<\/i><\/p><p>Improvements in both management and nutrition have been numerous, as confirmed by Dr. Giovanni Marcato: <i>\u201cWhen we first started, the farm used commercial concentrates for cattle feeding. We later chose to manage nutrition using exclusively raw materials. We achieved significant results: first of all, herd size increased substantially, growing from around 400 cows to about 600.
